Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

• The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

• The request is made within 7 Days of delivery.

• Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or receipt) is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Lingerie, undergarments, and swimwear.

• Jewelry and personal accessories.

• Beauty, skincare, and cosmetics.

• Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service at nobochoice@gmail.com to initiate a return request.

2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

3. Ship it back to our return address provided by the support team.

4. Once received, we will inspect the item and notify you of approval or rejection.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 10 Days to your original payment method.

• Shipping charges, Cash-on-Delivery fees, and handling fees are non-refundable.

• If you received a promotional discount, the refunded amount will reflect the adjusted price.

Exchanges

• We currently allow size/color exchanges and do not offer direct exchanges.

• If exchanges are not available, customers may return the product and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 7 Days of delivery with photo/video proof.

• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account or payment provider.

• Then contact your bank or payment gateway, as processing times may vary.

• If you still haven’t received it after the stated period, contact us at nobochoice@gmail.com.
